Tara was referred to us by Working Chance
An organisation who work with female ex-offenders. She was a friendly and enthusiastic person and really enjoyed the boxing training right from the start.
She had childcare issues and was also keen to work for herself in sports therapy.
We arranged help for Tara with Urban MBA who developed her business plan and at the same time we got her an interview slot with a large retailer.
Closer to her interview we also arranged for one of their Senior Managers to do a prep session which she said really helped her be ready for her interview. Tara got the job and this allowed her to design and develop her own business.
We’re pleased to say Tara is now running her own business in sport and massage therapy.
