The last session for our @cdarslondon boxing group The last session for our @cdarslondon boxing group. Lots of positive individual progress and we hope they will continue to develop what they have learned in the last 6 months. Our next group with be starting on 1st October. If you’re registered with Cdars and you want to take part in the next programme, speak to one of the team.

The Fighting Chance joined the Royal Hospital Chelsea and over 100 members of the Armed Forces community for their Veterans’ Outreach picnic — and yes, boxing outdoors at a picnic works surprisingly well!

Our @cdarslondon boxing sessions are always popula Our @cdarslondon boxing sessions are always popular with their clients and consistently well attended. The positive and stabilising effect of our boxing sessions has a real impact on each participant with increasing confidence, motivation and improvements in physical health and mental wellbeing.
The Fighting Chance Board of Directors and special The Fighting Chance Board of Directors and special guests attended @royalhospitalchelsea for a tour of this incredible facility which has been providing a home, care and community to older Veterans for over 300 years.  A big thank you to our guide Roy and the Outreach team for organising a fantastic day!  The Fighting Chance is running boxing sessions at The Royal Hospital Chelsea for both In-pensioners and Out-pensioners as part of our @armedforcescovfundtrust Thrive Together programme managed by @thepoppyfactory
